This new season has been deeply affected by the COVID-19 outbreak, our main concern is the safety of all our children, players and the families who make up our Independent family. While we aim to get back playing as soon as possible, we will only start when it is sad to do so. Rest assured we are monitoring the situation and will be taking whatever steps are necessary to keep everyone safe and enjoying the sport we love.
We are proud to announce that we will be adding an over 35s Veterans football team to the club this year. Historically we have always focused on youth football but as veteran teams are getting younger and fitter we saw an opportunity to add a successful veterans team to the club, and want the whole Independent family to club welcome them to the club, we are sure they will make themselves known to the club as the season progresses.
